Well Okie Dokie. Here is what I do at school:

15 minutes of Squats.
15 minutes of bench press.
15 minutes of incline.
10 minutes of easier exercised, like situps, pushups, and ect.
5 minutes of streching.

Then if I get home and some friends are there, we usually do bench press and see who can bench 55 lbs( 25 KG ) the most times. Then we'll probably do some bicep curls and french presses along with ab workouts.

If I have time, I'll go running. I love to run, but not on the treadmill. Running is fun, expecially when it's raining. If I have the time, I'll run 5 or 6 miles. IDK what's my mile record, but we're doing fitness testing soon, so I'll post it later.

That's what we did for that day. We do different things everyday, but since no one bothered to post here, I didn't really say anything else. I know it's not "Hardcore" but I don't really care. I don't want to be another Hulk Hogan. I'm into running then working out, but both are healthy things to do.

you don't need to become a Hulk by doing a good workout...
ye, anyway, nobody here cares huh? *too bad*

i'm not hard core with working out but this is what i do.

60 push ups when i wake up, 60 push ups when i come home from school (or after lunch or dinner on weekends.) then around 10:00-12:00 whenever i go to sleep i do as many push ups as i can without stoping then lay down and try and fall asleep for 10 minutes, if i cant then i do as many push ups as i can again then try going to sleep then repeat that untill i fall asleep.
my push up record without stoping so far is 85.

once in a while i'll jog around my block a few times to work on my stamina

I'm into circuit training right now. I spend 4 minutes on each machine and move between each exercise without any rest in between. Its good cardio and a great over all work out.
I also work on the heavy bag doing 5 or 6-3 minute routines. 3 minutes doesn't sound like a lot but give it a try to see how well you do. I've seen people go all out for a few and they usually end up laying on the floor or leaning against the wall weezing and wore out.

shoulder press 5x8
alt. incline press 3x6

Well this is what we usually do at school, so it's not too much, but I've started to get a little more into heavier weights. This is how much weight I usually use for different lifts:

Power Cleans 4x6 95 lbs
Push & Jerks 4x6 95 lbs
Bench 4x6 115 lbs (Max is 155 lbs)
Squat 4x6 155 lbs (Max ~ 185 lbs)
Incline 4x6 95 lbs
Arm Curls 4x6 65 lbs (I suck at these)
Front Squats 4x6 95 lbs

I'm hoping to bench my body weight by the end of the year(160 lbs) But I think it won't take too long.

The metric system is sooooo simple!

One metre is just the distance travelled by light in absolute vacuum in 1/299,792,458 of a second.

Or, if you like, 1/10,000,000 of the distance from the equator to the north pole through Paris.

Long live Europe!

i got a weight bench like a few mouths ago witch I've been working with everyday.

i started being able to do 100 about 10-12 times now i work with 120 witch i can do about 9 so I'm prog[/COLOR]ressing pretty quickly.

but here my work out plan

I'll keep on 120 till i can do it 12 times then I'll move up to 140 and do that until i reach 12, then move to 160 until i can do that 12 times, and move up in that pattern.

also what i find works good is going super super slow with the weight, 10 seconds going down 15 seconds going up, takes alto of concentration to stick to this but it works you really hard. i can do 120 about 4 times with that method.
