View Full Version : Super Mario
I am surprised to see that you do not have ANY Super Mario games for SNES. What's the deal?
This is on the news section from a while ago.

A few days ago, the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) demanded us to remove a number of files in infringement of their copyrights. We support the gaming industry, and do not wish to harm it in any way; therefore, these titles are no longer available for download on CoolROM:
Donkey Kong
Mario
Rayman

The RayMan he's speaking of is RayMan 2 for the N64, RayMan (1) only got released on PSX and a GBA remake, there might be a PC version of it as well but I've never seen any.
There's plenty of sites that host Games such as Mario, Donkey Kong, Metroid and any of the other licenses with out getting in trouble by doing so. The servers that host their sites R not located in the USA thus they do not fall under any US laws, easy way to bypass the whole IDSA/ESA crap :p...

try ristar for sega master system if you like rayman, I though ristar was cool even if it was nl a wanna be 3d and only a 2d sidescroler game was still fun and it does not fall short in the graphics

There are plenty of sites that have Mario games and they aren't really that hard to find. Just do a Google search.
I think that the First Rayman game was on the Atari Jaguar and then it was ported over to the PS.

Yay for Elric. Now I don't get to be the hard core nerd LOL JK!
Good one though Rayman was one of the Killer Apps for the Jaguar. I guess all it killed was the Jaguar unfortunately. Didn't it also come out for 3DO? Or am I just on cheap drugs?

Well actually, they have a whole pack of super mario games. Just download the SNES games called Super Mario All Stars. It contains Mario 1, Mario 2, Mario 3, and two different mario games, one of which was never released in the U.S.
