slow motion SSF emulator

yea im having problems. contra:legacy of war and panzer dragoon and few other roms i have tried and they are both very laggy like its in slow motion. i tried different options but it still runs in slow motion. here is my system specs.

windows XP
256mb RAM
64MB intel 82845g/GL/GE/PE/GV graphic card
intel celeron 2.00 GHz


altho my system specs are sucky they should be able to run the roms :/

It's most likely your computer. If you tested out different options with the graphic plugins, then the games run slow because of your computer specs.

You would definately need to upgrade your Ram, and seems like your video card sux aswell.
