I'll be surprised if anyone knows the title of this but my cousin is wondering what its called. Its a Asian made movie (comedy/action) and its known best for a fight scene near the end where there is a big fan blowing in the background and the guy tries to be smart and fly like superman but fails and falls to the ground. The guy he is fighting seemingly has a big scar across his face too. I know this sounds weird but it is the best description I am getting so if anyone can suggest a title for my cousins sake then thanks.

I am going to guess Operation Condor. Jackie Chan is in it.

The fight near the end has a big fan and a superman scene during the fight.

Operation Condor. It sounds pretty much exactly like it. I'm more sure of it now after I had watched it last night.
