Don't know how to get a sega saturn emulator to work

Hello, sorry to sound noobish but i can't get any of the emulators to play the shinning force 3 series. I'm not sure if i half to move a file around where or what but can please someone kinda lead me threw how to set it up on a emulator please.

Well I'm not totaly sure, but before you spent hours trying to solve this, I'll have to warn you that Shining Force 3 is not all in English. The first part is in English, but the second and third part aren't. They could have made a patch for it though, I just wanted to tell you.
