Voting isn't working for me!

How do u get the roms to work whenever I try to vote then download I get a internet file that has 0 bytes. Am I voting wrong? please help!

This is using Internet Explorer

First, you either vote or not vote, but make sure you keep the download page open. Then, scroll down. It should either say "Click here to download" or wait for your download to be ready. Then you either wait or click. When you click the download button, the browser will ask you whether to save, open, or cancel. Pick save, then pick a directory to save the the ROM to, then click save. The download begins, and you wait. When it finishes, you pick open folder to see your ROM.

I don't know how to work Mozilla or anything else, so I can't help you there.
