Can I Save Games ?

I'm New To Roms . I Just Downloaded My First Emulation System (n64} For The Nintendo 64. I Notice That Some Games Won't Allow Saving . Is There A Way To Save These Games? By The Way,the N64 Emulator Rocks! It Played Almost All My Downloads Execpt Gauntlet Legends Wich Ran Too Slow. Jammes56

Get Project64 emulator. You can just hit F5 to save at anytime then to restore your last save, load the ROM and hit F7 to restore the last save file for that ROM. I don't know about any other N64 emulators, but I've never had any problems out of PJ64. It doesn't matter if the game says you need a game pak or something. You can save any game, at any point by pressing F5.

P.S. It doens't prompt you or ask "are you sure you want to save" or something so if you hit F5 and nothing happens, don't worry, nothing is supposed to happen but it will save the game. If you have a keyboard with the F Lock key make sure the F Lock key light is on or it won't work.

Another way to save is after the ROM is loaded into the emu, go to System then click Save. Hitting F5 is just quicker. Again, these methods are only for Project64 v1.6. I haven't used any other N64 emulators so don't know how to save with them.
