Neo Geo help with kawaks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've downloaded the kawaks emulator and a few games. The CPS games work fine. But the Neo Geo games don't work at all!!! I have a neo geo bios in my roms\neogeo folder, and I have metal slug 3, metal slug 4, metal slug 5, and king of fighters 2002. None of them shows up in the load game window! Why?

By the way, I probably have the neogeo.zip for MAME, but I have kawaks. Does that matter? What is the difference?

Actually, I just downloaded king of fighters 97, and that works too. I also downloaded Samurai showdown 4, and it DOESN'T WORK!!! Only one of the many games I've downloaded actually works...

Samurai showdown II works too. It seems that only old NEO GEO games work, not the new ones, why? Pleeeeeeeeeeeease help.

i have the same problem as well... i cant even play some cps1 & 2 games... life ssf2t

Street-Fighter 2 Turbo needs a parent, download Champions Edition.

As for the not working NeoGeo ROMz, they R for NeoRage, not for MAME. I'm currently uploading the MAME fullset, they R included in it.

Kawaks and MAME both use the same ROM sets, no difference there.
