Me an the 'ol lady watched this last night and I have to say we both loved it.
It has some scenes that had both of us allmost rolling off of the couch we were laughing so hard and we weren't even stoned or anything. Most comedys now a days get a chuckle or two out me and thats about it but Jack Black is just so damned goofy I have to laugh at him.
Any one else seen it? What did you think?

this movie sux..... ( no offence to those who like it) i watched it on a plane....maybe it was the 30,000 feet and pressure but i didnt laugh once nor did i even smile i didnt like it and i want the couple of hours i wasted watching it BACK!

Yeah i have to say i dont find jack black the funniest either. He seems to run the same gag just in a different setting in his movies. Why do he and dave grohl always have be up each others a**es all the time too?

i do have to agree that he is pretty much the same in every movie. i laughed a couple times but it wasnt too great. it seems like all the funny parts were shown in the theatres

I haven't seen it, but from the previews, it didn't seem like something I'd like, though Jack Black isn't one of my fav comedy poeples, but I have like some of his movies...

It was pretty funny. Me and my friend went to watch it when it came out. He dressed sort of like a homosexual... but that was the funny part. It had an unrealistic ending though, but I'm not too surprised. Most American movies are like this, especially sport ones.
