Go here and get a walkthrough > http://www.neoseeker.com/Games/Products/N64/conkers_badday/conkers_badday_cheats.html or just google in something like Conkers Bad Fur Day walk through and guide and find something that way. You can find free walkthroughs of just about any game you want.

Run back to the start and walk down the dock to the Context Sensitive
pad at the end of it. Use the slingshot to fire at the TNT. When he
lights, he'll explode and blow up part of the plane. Now go back and
get another TNT Guy. This time push him to the right. Watch out for the
Spider Mines. They will appear in this order. Bottom, bottom, top, top,
bottom, top, bottom, top. When you reach the end, repeat the procedure
from before and blow him up. Now the plane will be destroyed.

This is from a walkthrough from the link I gave you in my last post. I've never played Conker BFD so I really have no idea what you are talking about the plane, but this sounds like what you are talking about to me. If not then read the whole guide for that level. > http://www.neoseeker.com/resourcelink.html?rlid=31902&rid=30157

Swimming: Once you get Conker an easy-to-swallow does of Confidence, Conker will then be able to swim. Press the B Button to dive below the surface and swim. Just watch the air meter. Let Conker turn blue, and Gregg will be coming for you.

Yep got that from another walkthrough. I'm tellin' you man, these walkthrough guides are handy.

You can also get some really good ones at www.gamefaqs.com too.
I don't like to use one unless I've been stuck on something for at least a couple of days and by that time I'm either seriously stumped, ****ed off or both. And when I get like that its like you said, they sure do come in handy.
