Shamurai shodown 2 SS2 help

Hi all,
I downloaded the SS2 rom files, Neogeo neoragex emulator and neo-geo.rom files for the emulator. The emulator runs great but It could not find the SS2 rom files. Where should I put the SS2 rom folder? Inside a subfolder or the same folder of the emulator? I tried both ways but didn't work. And what is the directory of rom1 and rom2 when you run the emulator?

I suggest getting the Mame version of this and the Mame Emulator. Way better all around. But normally theres a roms folder. Put everything in there. Samurai Showdown requires a Bios file you dont have it sounds like though. Place the neogeo.zip Bios file in the same folder as the roms, and it should show up.
