You can put the files anywhere and all you have to do is point fusion in the direction of the files in the options->set config menu

ok.
hope that you have the Bios from USA, JAPAN, and Europe.
If you have them ok.
First of all you need to create a NEW FILE. This file you need to create it on "C".
So go first to my PC, and click on C drive.
Make a new file, where you have all your programs in your pc. This new file, named: BIOSKEGA or something like that.
You need to put there all the BIOS.
Open your KEGA FUSION and click on CONFIGURE.
Find BIOS, and click on the "search files" and of course find your newest BOISKEGA newest file, where your bios are ok?
Do this again with the japan bios and europe bios.
Close the emulator, if you would like to reset the pc.
Open again the emulator, and find if the full bios are in the rigth newest file.
If they don´t make again the full steps again. until the bios files could be see from this point.
Now, there are two things that you need to have in mind.
If you have your own games (ROM FILES) in a compac disc, you NEED TO PUT THIS COMPACT DISC IN A DVD LECTOR, because if you put it into a regular lector or regular burn compact disc you couldn´t play so well the game.
But if you have your roms into your pc, you need to click on the kega fusion ROM FILE (it is the first option of the principal window of the emulator) and click on the SEGACD/32X games and LISTO!.

Do you still have problems please tell me.

ps.- why in the DVD lector?, because the original sega cd was a dvd ( or vcd) compact disc lector, so this is the principal reason that the games can run so well in the dvd lector.
