Did this happen when loading a ROM or when you were installing the program itself?
What emulator are you using (e.g. 1964, PJ64)
Are you using the latest version of the emu?
What is you pc specs?
Does your system meet the minimum system requirements listed here?
Intel Pentium 3 1.5Ghz or higher or AMD Athlon 1.5 GHz or higher
512MB RAM or more
nVidia GeForce FX or later or ATI Radeon 9500 or later
1GB or more free hard drive space
Creative Soundblaster Live! or higher
Adaptoid and original Nintendo N64 controller for each player
Microsoft Windows XP with latest updates.
What ROM were you trying to load?
Do you get this error with only one rom, or have you tried several with the same problem?
Sorry so many questions, just need more info to figure it out.

Specify Ur problem, start by telling us what Game U R trying to play (we can't guess that) and tell us what emulator U R using...

You should list in the Rules or general forum usage that when asking a question of this nature the person give their system specs, Emu & version they are using, and what rom they are trying to load.

Well, assuming you have the latest version of PJ64 (it's version 1.6) your next step would be update your directX to its latest version (version 9, I think) you can download the latest version from microsoft here > http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.mspx
I would also update the RDB file for PJ64. The RDB file contains info about the ROMS you play, not having the latest version could be why some of your ROMS work while others do not. Get the lastest RDB file and learn how to install it here > http://www.pj64.net/main/download/func,select/id,7/
PJ64 recommends 512MB of RAM and 1GB free HDD space. If your system doesn't have this then clear as much ram as possible by closing unused processes and delete any unneeded files on your HDD. If the Yoshi ROM is the only ROM you have tried that hasn't worked, then maybe it is a bad ROM or the ROM just can't be emulated properly. I would try to download some different ROMS to see how they work.
I have no Idea about the microcode error. There is nothing about this error on the support section of PJ64.net, and I have never seen it. Error logs are saved in C:\Program Files\Project64 1.6\Logs - if you installed it to the default directory. If you copy and past the error log about the microcode I will do my best to help you out. I am an amature at this so no promise of results, just that I will try.
There is also a support forum on PJ64.net if you can't get the answers here.

i've downloaded both files that you told me and it's the same again, but no results.I do not have in my pj64 option logs in my pj64 so i can not see errors. This microcode is in options-video plugin configuration-emulation.and when error appears it shows me this for microcode.I've tried with different microcodes, nothing works.Maybe it's a bad rom. Thanks anyway

Where did you download your copy of PJ64? If you got it from a P2P or warez sharing program maybe it is just a bad copy of PJ64. PJ64 1.6 automatically creates a log folder and log files anytime it has an error. My PJ64 doesn't even have an options\video plugin configuration\emulation folder. You're not using the 1.7 beta version are you?
Anyway, here is a link to a free forum on PJ64.net, someone there might be able to help you > http://www.pj64.net/main/forum/
Also, if you make a donation of $20 or more to PJ64.net the programmers themselves will try to help you.

Yoshi's Story has emulation issues so it's not very unlikely that it will give U errors when U try to run it ;)...

Yeah, I probably shouldn't have said "anytime it has an error". I get some kind of Unhandled Opcode error when I try Yoshi's Story. I thought the microcode error might have something to do with the emulator not the ROM though. That isn't likely though or there would be some kind of support for it on PJ64.net. dejoo, I would just give up trying to play Yoshi's story and hope maybe it will work when PJ64 1.7 is released.
