Pokempon(vba) please help!!

Okay i cant figure out how to get cheats on pokemon and other things i thought vba had a built in gameshark but when i loaded pokemon gold no cheats were there.... so how do i get cheats!! please help!!!

You either have to download cheats as a .clt file from where ever you download gameshark codes or you have to manually put them in one by one in the VBA cheat menu. It does not come with cheats.

how do you input those codes. for example there is a master code for pokemon firered and leaf green, do you input the master code then the other codes as well? please help
