How do i make the graphics enhancments work.. i try to make the graphice settings to high and it makes the picture all messed up.... help plz.. im pretty sure computer graphics are better then n64 so shouldnt i be abl to amke it where its got a good picture and not stuff fading in and out?

i can't help u on this one,maybe the other members can help ya,i can reccommend getting PJ64k if your using netplay.

This user's problems are caused by one of three things. The usual cause is 1964's default graphics plugin, Rice's Daedalus 5.2.0. The plugin is actually quite underestimated in it's capabilities, but even I cannot deny, it kind of sucks.

So, the solution to this is to do one of two things:

Change your graphics plugin. Different graphics plugins have different methods of emulating certain N64 games, so I can't tell you which you should use until you tell me the game you are experiencing these issues with.
Change your emulator. 1964 and Nemu64 have a nice netplay feature. Project64k sucks. In case you didn't know, people, Project64k is a hacked version of Project64 v1.4. The emulator sucked back then almost as much as it does today...
