AV Help?!

I am having a hard time finding a pic to use a a av on here. Everything I find it says its to big. Even if the pic is under 120/120 it still says its to big. Can someone help me out here a little? I wanted to use a spite of Guile from Marvel vs Capcom 2.

Make sure the image isn't over 19.5Kb too. It may be way over that if it is an animated GIF or something like a bitmap (.bmp) which isn't compressed well. Use Paint to edit it and shrink it down to size. You can find Paint under Start>All Programs>Accessories>Paint, its a simple photo editor built right into Windows, you can also convert images like .bmp to .jpeg saves a lot of space.

If it is some sort of GIF animation you would need a GIF editing program to change the size, I use GIF Construction set. It's about $25 to buy, but you get a free trial so you could just use the trial to do what you need to do.
