Well, if U don't know how to download the ROMz then I kinda feel sorry for U.

In LeIns defense, if you are new to downloading ROMs and have never done it before it can be very aggravating on some sites, they take you to all this vote crap, "Click here to procede" you click just to get more adds ect ect. It can become very aggravating for a first timer, especially if they are new to the internet.

Yes, downloading is fairly simple from coolrom.com (unless you have never used the internet or a pc before)

On coolrom just find the name of the game, click on it, and you will see a "you're download link will appear shortly" wait about 10 seconds until you see "Download Your File" click on the download your file and a window will pop up asking you to "open, save, or cancel" choose to save, then select the location to save it at, such as your desktop or my documents folder.

Once you got the ROM you need an emulator to play it. Emulators can get more difficult. Them working depends on what type of pc you have (How much RAM, type of video card, speed of CPU). If you're PC meets the requirments for running the emulator you choose, they are fairly easy to install to you're pc. Once the Emulator is installed just open it and there is usually a menu at the top and you have to click something like "File" then "Load ROM", each emulator varies on how to load ROMs but thats the just of it. You also have to configure you're keyboard or controller to how you like it. Most emulators will allow to cutom configure. Some Emulators provide a very good help menu, some don't.

If you need more help let us know what type of PC you have, and what ROMs and emulators you plan to use.

DOWNLOADING A ROM IS LIKE DOWNLOADING ANY FILE, MAN, THAT IS SO SAD FOR YOU NOT TO KNOW that (oops, forgot to turn off my caps)

Well, my first ROM was Goldeneye, and it took me so long to find it that I nearly gave up emulation. I'm glad I didn't, though.:)

Is this a joke? You can make it to the forums, register, post a thread, AND YOU CANT GET A ROM LOADED!? Oh man... I'm just gonna keep my mouth shut

Wow, way to bump up an old thread. I really don't think he/she goes here and for the record, roms and forums are two different things.

yes i realize this.
I am just trying to make the point that if you can get that far, that you already have the computer literacy skills to figure out how to obtain and use a rom. that simple. Didnt mean to offend anybody, sorry.
See my point now?

I guess...still seems kinda dumb, seeing as he/she made that thread nearly a month ago and still only has one post. Am just saying, no need to bump threads like these.

I misread the post date, didn't notice it was a month old.
My apologies.
