Ok, I've recently learned how to use Mame32 emulator. It runs a lot of games, I've got all the bios I could possibly get.
Now, the problem is Mame32's speed. It's extremely laggy. I played Dungeons and Dragons: Shadow over mystara, it runned like hell. It quickens for about 30 seconds or so and it slows down again, lagging.
Now, I've runned Dungeons and Dragons with Kawaks before, which means it was the exact same game, yet when I use Kawaks it runs normally, very fast in fact.
Now, I want to know why is Mame32 running so much slower than Kawaks, even with the same game? Is it because my computer doesn't match up with the emulator? Or is it because I have some settings on the emulator that makes it so slow? Does Mame32 actually require a faster computer to run it?
