Need Help

All I want to do is play marvel vs capcom on an emulator but i cant find one that has it i downloaded nebula but none of the games work if anyone can help me i would appreciate it.

Are you talking about Marvel vs. Capcom for CPS2? If so, I recommend you download Kawaks, located here: http://www.coolrom.com/cps2emu.php. I have personally played Marvel vs. Capcom using Kawaks, and it's great. By the way, welcome to the forums :).
