Help Running Any Games...

I cant run any games what so ever heres some Examples: Pokemon_Gold.htm & Illusion_of_Gaia.htm

What emulator are you trying to use?
What version is the emu?
What are your PC system specs?

.htm R HTML pages, not ROMz, so U cant play them, obviously.

Also, in case U do have the ROMz, use a emulator called VisualBoy Advance to play PokeMon Gold (GBC Game) and use ZSNES to run Illusion of Gaia (SNES Game) ;)...

oNG ALL I GET IS .HTM FILES WHEN DOWNLOADING

Are you right clicking or left clicking when you are downloading?

Left click on the name of the game you want and it takes you too another page.

You will see "You're download link will appear shortly" at the bottom of the page.

Wait about 10 seconds and you will see "Download your file" left click that and a prompt will pop up asking you to save.

If you are right clicking the name of the game and choosing "Save target as" you are downloading the HTM file, not the actual ROM file. That might be your problem.

EDIT: Just wanted to add that that is for coolrom.com only, each rom site is a little different when it comes to DL ROMS. Also, when you download ROMS they are usually .zip (You usually don't need to unzip them, but it depends on the emu)
