i need some help with vba emulator

i cannot figure out how to use the cheats, and every tutorial i look at the cheats list screen is different from mine... could someone tell me what version i should be using and how to use the gameshark/codebreaker cheats??

yeah, i using 1.8.0 beta 3 right now, vba.

Okay no problem.

So in order to use cheats on VBA, its actually rather easy. Open VBA, open your rom, and at the top go cheats-> cheat list. From there you see the options of putting in different types of codes (the codes you put in change depending on what rom you're playing). This is the part that kinda sucks; unless someone can find me a place to download GBC/GB gameshark codes, you're gonna have to put them all in by hand.

After you put in all your cheats, save the list, then select the cheats you want to use. Make sure under cheats the "automatic save/load cheats" is checked, and reset your rom. If you put all the codes in right, it should work.

alright, ill try that, and i have no problem putting in the cheats by hand.. im on my pc so i can just copy and paste... do i need to activate the master codes though???

yep. any code that you would normally put into the gameshark, you put into the cheat list.
