i know you dont want any roms that are still comercially available on thist site but i didnt think dreamcast games were still commercially sold.

yes, i dont understand either. Dreamcas tisnt a console protected by IDSA/ESA so i don think it would be a problem putting them on the site.

good gravy, I think you are right! I think they are illegal for some reason, although Kameo's list does not say Dreamcast is ESA protected. If it isn't illegal, it would be awesome to get some games on the site...

I thought it wasnt legal also. But if some do start to get uploaded because Admin approves or whatever, I have like 100 Dreamcast roms so I could definately upload some.

well if we can get this straight then are DC roms illegal to dl and up if not why aint admin gt a section 4 em?

There are sites that have them, and same with PSX games. They say that they are legal, maybe you can only have games from certain companies. Like if you have Nintendo games, you cannot have any PSX games.

If they are illegal it doesnt make sense if genesis/segaCD/saturn, ect isnt.

I think if you have Nintendo ROMs, you cannot have PSX ROMS, and vise versa. It doesn't make sense for some sites to have them, and some not to. That is my theory.

I do also but thing i heard is that sega is more sincitive on copyrighted stuff then any other companies

Yes thats true, they are in a sense, buts thats only because software is all they've got now, since they bombed out in the hardware market.
But Sonic on Dreamcast is the same copyrighted trademarked Sonic that is on Genesis and SegaCD and saturn... so what gives?:shocked:
