what do I have to do to get NeoGeo Games that worked with NeoRageX to work on MAME32? Actually, I haven't got any games to work on MAME32. Can someone point me to some help?

U download the MAME ROMz, not the NeoRage ones, those do not work with MAME ;)...

MAME and Neo-Geo ROMS are a world apart. NeoRage is for only games that were made by NeoGeo. MAME are for the others that werent made by Neo-Geo. For now, hope this site helps you: http://romhustler.net/roms/mame. Theres Mame roms for you. ;)

U R incorrect, MAME runs NeoGeo ROMz just fine. There's two versions of NeoGeo ROMz, the MAME ones and the ones for NeoRage. They do not work on the wrong emulator...

How about this....some of my roms wont work on MAME32. Even the ones that are specifically supposed to be for MAME, some don't even show up on the available games list or whatever. What the deal?

macross plus
metal slug 3
metal slug 4

turtles in time

of these, the following show up in MAME32 available games:

19xx
contra
golden axe
knights of the round
metal slug 4 (not 3 though)
raiden 2 (but is "not working")
1945
sunsetriders
tmnt

I've checked and the missing roms are on the list of games MAME32 has in its "all games" list.

Beatmania Games and Killer Instinct 1 & 2 need a CHD.

Dungeons and Dragons needs the parent, get the Euro version as well, it's the one called ddsom.

Metal Slug Games R NeoGeo Games, they require the NeoGeo BIOS. If U have that then the Metal Slug 3 isn't a MAME version but the NeoRage version, they R not compatible. Get a MAME version from either www.emuasylum.com or www.romnation.net ;).

Raiden 2 is unemulated so don't bother, it won't work.

Macross Plus should work, maybe U have an old version, DL a new one from emuasylum, they keep their MAME set up to date.
