Neo Geo CD Emulation

What's the best way to emulate Neo Geo CD? Is there easy setup help somewhere?

I use nebula and it works GREAT it will let you mount images and run em from the disk drive or it will just let you select an iso... This program is awesome... I havent had any issues with it at all

For NeoGeoCD emulators, it's either Nebula or NeoCD/SDL.
