admin when you are approached by the esa how do you know that its them and not some noob out for a laugh?

Yeah, thats a good question. I mean of course there is no contact email address to admin on here, but the email and name of the person that coolrom.com is registered to is public info and can be easily found. Heck I looked it up and got the registrants name, address, hotmail address, phone, all that info that he used to register this domain name is public info. If somebody wanted to play a prank with that info I guess they could.

I suppose if he gets an email or fax from the ESA he would just have to verify the header of the email or the return number of the fax/phone call to be sure its legit.

On the few ocassions I was approached by the ESA, it was through the legal department of my web host. So I am almost certain it is them.

No, lol. I can verify their credibility by the header/footer the have in their letters.
