whats the best plug ins for a high end computer?

Depends on Ur GFX card but since U said high end U R probably best of using OpenGL plug ins, they'll give U the smoothest graphics :)...

As for the sound, Jabo's default plug in seems to work best for most people, it does for me as well, U don't really have to change this for better sounds, almost everything works great with this :)...
