I have grand theft auto vice city, and whenever i start it up theres no sound.
When i go to options, I can not click on the tab called "sound input"(or somthing close enough)
I think i need some sort of sound card, or plugin, so if anyone has them or knows how to solve my problem, please help!

If he has an ok computer, then he probably did because I heard that sometimes, the sound/music is messed up when you do that.

well, GTA VC is a game still sold in stores for money. If we gave you the audio config, we would be giving you pirated software, which is not allowed. You would be taking money away from Rockstar, who worked so hard and stayed up all night to program it just so you could steal it and program your brain to ignore all guilt queries. Alas, i think PC is ESA protected or something; either way, it ain't allowed!

I got the game for PS2, so is that still not allowed? I mean if i already own it why cant i play it on the computer? FYI tho, pretty much anyone who DLs here is taking things that aren't their. I mean do you think that everyone here has the ROMs they DL? I dout that and I also dout that you haven't done the same thing.

Ok this site allows downloads. If anyone complains about their intellectual property being stolen we remove it and disallow requests for it (ie. zelda and mario games). We cannot support pirated software. If you know enough to get it you should be able to learn that sort of thing on your own.
