Help. I searched and nothing came up.

My Snes emulators seem to lag on my PC. It doesn't matter which one I use, they all lag. I do not recall them always lagging but they are lagging now.

They get jumpy, if that makes sense. Now, I was wondering how I can avoid this?

Also, I like to record the games into a format I can convert. i.e. something that I can convert to AVI etc.

Is there a way to record without an emulator lagging? My NES ones do no lag when I record and then I can convert the file.

Please help.

this also happens a bit with my VBA, but that's usually because the computer's too warm.

hope it helps:D

VBA? So, if I cool down my computer it won't skip like that?

VBA=Visual Boy Advance=GBA/GBC/GB Emulator.

i'm not sure if that'll work with you, cos i've got a laptop, and that tends to heat up more i think...

or maybe you're computer's just stuffed up when mixed with SNES emulators.
