Oh, I thought this was about the climatic situation...

Anyway 98% of the CO2 gas is produced by nature itself. 69% of that is produced by all water covered surfaces of the world. What do cars and industries have to do with that problem producing just 2% from the total? Am I ignorant?

And by the way the Euro is also stronger than the US$... :D

The whole world in peril situation is all bush's fault, but that is what happens when you elect a D- president.
Anyway,i dislike the world economy in general because it makes a world of"have's"and"have not's".

LOL. U can't print money endlessly, Ur valuta will lose all it's value if U'd do that.

Also, the financial market has more faith in the Euro than they have in the USD. The US is bankrupt already, it has so much debt, that, in average, every citizin has around -8500 USD. Talk about a large debt. :p

How many people R living in the US?? 350 million?? That's 350.000.000 X 8500 = a ****load of money U can't even dream of.

The only country that keeps the US going is China, but since China is copying all the technology they should produce for other countries, and make it their own, how long before they can manage on their own and no longer need the USA??

Any idea what happens to the US once China decides to have another business model with foreign countries, especially the US??

I agree with you and kameo wholeheartedly, this country(and the world, america's heartland feeds 30-50% of the world on it's own)has some very dark times ahead, and another question, what happens to the countries that the u.s. protects if we can't protect them anymore? It's all like dominos, either way,we're all in for some bad times, but i still don't get bush's reasoning here, how can you spend your money when it's not worth the paper it's printed on?

Well, obviously the countries that are doing better than the US are small and smart. US is big and ugly and smells like car fumes. In the US, you can buy a house or a car without having nearly enough money and then pay it back over your entire lifetime. You don't really have a choice, though, so everyone does it. Throw that in with rich teenagers blowing 60% of the nations funds on cool cars and that second mansion by the lakeside, and everyone is screwed. The least we can do is be drunk when the barbarians take over.

But remember that US got the strongest army in the planet so is not goingo to be easy to chine be the most powerfull in the world, even when china has the bigest army in the world(300 millions:mad3: ). but maybe in the 2025 china is going to be stronger.
I think that this is going to be the century of the small countries like costa rica or bigger ones like chile, witch are the most develop countries in latin america, other ones like china and india are huge factories but the develop in this countries is going to wait some more years because the money dont go to every one

As i said(i think)when america goes down the whole world will probably drop into chaos, america protects alot of countries,if america goes down, what about japan?China wants revenge for world war 2,then there's taiwan, israel, and the former soviet republics:(

I agree, the economies of every country in the Western World, plus Japan, Singapore, and countries like that; depend on the American economy to do well.

If anyone lives in England, they will know there was a small banking crisis last month, when a medium-sized bank almost went under because people panicked and withdrew their savings due to American Banks taking back their short-term loans.
Luckily, we have a very economically interventionist government in the UK, so the Bank of England propped up the bank.

But if all this can be caused simply because of small fluctuations in the US economy, imagine what would happen if the US economy actually got into serious trouble.

I believe that Many people over-react when thinking of what will happen when America declines enough. Sure America is at peace with a lot of countries and the American industries e.g coca-cola , McDonalds .etc have thousands of branches in dozens of countries which means it has a lot of financial influence around the world but that doesn't mean that the entire world will be strewn into chaos if this were to happen.

America is the ricest country in the world and one of the largest which means it has a very large miltary but that doesn't neccessarily make it the most powerful. In the battle of Vietnam america outnumbered the enemy and had more resources and arms but they were defeated because the Vietnamese soldiers were more disciplined and more organised.

I'm not picking on America but i am saying that America isn't as dominant in the world as everybody believes.

I have seen such things in little things like for example, on a gamers website (Gamespot i believe) It had an advertisement for when they were going to test a new Football game (soccer to Americans) and it said that they were going to play America VS England and under it it had 'the ultimate grudge match', now these people are just assuming that this would be the ultimate grudge match because these two countries are of the most powerful in the world but they obviously don't know anything about football. England VS Argentina or England VS Germany would be the ultimate grudge match.

I suppose i'm just tired of hearing how 'great' America is, i personally couldn't care for it.

Feel free to comment on anything i just said.

You seem to have misunderstood what i said, america isn't that great(I'm american)but almost all of the world would suffer greatly if america fell soon, the only reason china hasn't moved on taiwan and japan is that they still need the U.S.,which if turned on them would crash their economy and put them on a path of starvation(80% of china's food comes from the u.s.),alot of countries rely on america, for better or worse, for protection,if america fell, the"buffer"that prevent's many countries from going crazy and trying to conquer each other would fall.
I'm not saying the apocalypse,i'm talking about WWIII,china and maybe russia are trying to expand, and let's not start talking about the oil crisis and the situation in the middle east.
