I think its ironic that the evidence condeming him was essentially him explaining that people might mistake him saying nigga as condeming evidence, when he did not mean it in that way. His defence and opposition is in the same document.

Well, no one who's alive today has anything to do with what happened back then.

Let's see, we've had black people winning Oscars, some of the world's best sporters R black, the most influentual woman on Earth is black, they've won Nobel prizes and America might even have a black president next year.

So instead of complaining about something that happened so long ago, they should get their lazy black @ss of that couch, get some education and get a decent job so they can be a part of society, instead of just b!tch and whine about the past and be a menace to everyone.

Racism... It's a wide and complicated topic... If I call one of my friends "perker" (Danish slang for immigrant) they wouldn't be outraged or offended, however if I called some random person perker he/she would react in a negative way... If I however came to another country and called someone perker he/she/they would react intolerantly, because I'd be an immigrant or on a vacation... If I were to call someone names, he/she/they would react in different ways, depending on the word I'd use... I,don't consider myself to be a racist, but I can be discriminating against too outstanding immigrants that only cause trouble or get a too high head, but the same goes for Danish/Scandinavian people... I would never be discriminating against an immigrant if he/she was down to Earth and was realistic instead of being an overblown narcissistic egoistical prick... I hate jerks, true and I treat jerks thereafter, but when people are human and cool I treat them with respect, if they respect me as well that is...

i agree whit U in a lot of things, i don´t know if UR black or jew but if UR not, theres no way U´ll understand the way it feels.
the blacks, the jews, the indians (native american´s) and the latin people (in a lower scale) have been seen like they R less than the "withe people"

It's called reverse racism. Every little thing the white man does is looked at as being racist by the black community. Which in turn causes reverse racism.
