What is it you need...? If you're looking for a BitTorrent client I recommend uTorrent, BitComet and BitLord... If you're looking for torrents, then use a torrent/P2P search engine...

i don't know somebody told me about using a torrent client or a torrent i don't know...
but i downloaded yesterday BitTorrent but i don's know how to use it..
then i downloaded E-mule and i don't know how to use it...
and i saw some guy called luisiyo talking about something called ares and i downloaded that too and that one is easy to use but it doesn't find what i'm looking for and is a little slow... i think i want something that finds movies and isos and mp3 and download them in a realy short time or like a week if it is to long or heavy

The official BitTorrent client sucks balls. Bram Cohen works with the FBI, so U don't want to install that.
Install Bitlord: http://www.bitlord.com/download.php
It works right out of box, no set up required.
For Torrents, go to Mininova: http://www.mininova.org
Install PeerGuardian 2 to prevent fake seeders from connecting to Ur IP and slow down Ur downloads: http://phoenixlabs.org/pg2
Forget about e-Mule and the other crap :) .....

Isohunt (http://www.isohunt.com) is the place for you to download torrents... If you need a client use uTorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/), BitComet (http://www.bitcomet.com/) or BitLord (http://www.bitlord.com/)... The speed depends on your own connection... But I say this... **** BitTorrent and screw eMule...

Just install the Bitlord client, go to Mininova, select anything which catches Ur interest in downloading, and click the download link. That is all U need to do, it's that simple ;) .....
