I'm wondering if it is okay to post sites offering PSX ISOs when some of them are locked by the ESA!? In this case I would have one site offerimg them with some games blocked.

You may not post any links to any sites distributing ESA protected ISOs nor ROMs...

Take the video plugin out of the folder and put it in the main plugin directory, and as firebird said,we can't help you with ISOs.

So it would be okay, 'cause they do not offer ESA protected ISOs. It's the same like here on coolrom. They are listed, but not for download! The same goes for other ROMs offered for other systems.
So here it is:

It should be legal. If not correct me! :D

You must have been misinformed.

Playstation is no longer protected by the IDSA, according to Kameo.

Your link is okay for now, but should really be removed because the Pokemon title is still protected by the IDSA. For some odd reason, they forgot to remove games in compliance to that title for the Nintendo 64.

I think they will remove the links soon. When I stumbled over that site 6 months ago everything was downloadable. I encountered the first ESA protection over there about 3 months ago. So I suggest that they are working on it...

I am thinking they skipped it.
I was as well a witness to the content having existed before the removal of particular titles for several platforms. The Pokemon title seems to be an exception.
