I'm trying to use 1964 to run Vanit's translation of Sin and Punishment but after I follow Vanit's readme and go to change the video plug-in for 1964 I get the message that "The application has failed to start because BMGlibPNG.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I’ve tried re-installing 1964 and gotten the same result and I’ve tried moving the PNG file between the two folders I think it should be in but neither one seems to work. Right now, I have the file in the folder titled “1964” which I’m assuming to be the main folder of the emulator but I’ve also tried putting it in the folder titled “099” and have gotten the same result. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
