New to ROMS and Emulators...

I was looking for a Neo Geo Emulator. I have been wanting to play a little Metal Slug for awhile now, and don't know where to start. Could someone please direct me to where I can find just a Neo Geo Emulator with all the games? It would also be greatly appreciated if you could give me step by step instructions on how to install all the programs needed for it. Thank you so very much guys.

1.Go to neoromcollector dot net
2.Clic Neo·Geo ROMs
3.Download NeoRAGEx v5.0 emulator and the neo geo bios for it
4.Paste the bios in NeoRAGEx
5.Download the roms from romhustler dot net (some don't work right here at coolrom)
6.After you downloaded the rom(its very important that you leave the rom unziped)
7.Enter NeoRAGEx clic IMPORT and select he game you want to play
