i not having trouble wit the rom but a question bout it can u use pokemon from another rom?

What are you talking about? As far as I know there is no such thing as Pokémon Colosseum 2.
Is it some sort of hack ROM of sorts?
Or do you mean Pokémon Stadium 2? If that is it, I would like to know that to. This is the best I could get from Project 64 site:
"There are two ways to do this, neither supported by our default configuration
1. Using an Adaptoid, a Transfer Pak, the real Gameboy cartridge and the Adaptoid plugin
2. using a 3rd party input plugin that supports import from Gameboy saves for this game.
