How to slow down ePSXe 160?

Ok so I have the emulator and everything, but my problem is it runs very fast and its almost like I'm in turbo mode or something lol... I've put stuff up to the max and it still runs fast. Any other way to get it to slow down? Or is my machine simply too powerful...

Did U turn off the frame limiter?? Must be something with the frames, otherwise it wouldn't run that fast :) .....
