znes netplay??

i have znes and at toolbar i click netplay and internet and nothin happens..is it meant 2 work?..cause i wanna play sum1 at street fighter!! thanks

Make sure you have version 1.45(i believe, as long as it isn't 1.52), make sure the person your trying to play with has the same version and that you put in both of your IP addresses on both versions.
