okay, so i just downloaded the snes emulator, and i downloaded Yoshi's Story rom..but when i opened the zsnes, i couldn't find where to open the game :confused: is it in a specific folder? i've checked a lot of places. thanks in advance :)

Save your rom in a certain folder you like. Open up ZSNES, go to "file","open rom" then search the folder you put the rom in. The name of the game should come up.

ohh..okay thanks =) but am i supposed to extract the roms before i load them? or are they just fine without it being extracted

Yes extract the rom, you can tell if a rom is extracted by the file size.
if it's something around 2,000 or more kb then it's extracted. Remember roms don't have icons or anything like that, it's just in a special format made for emulators to read like .nsm
Edit- Yea you can do what Kameo said too, I just never have that many roms and it just confuses me. But hey everyones different, try both and see what you like.

U don't have to extract the ROMz, the emulators can read them just fine when they R zipped, saves up lots of space on Ur disk if U have a few thousand of them ;)...
