Hey I'm new to cd emulation and am really trying desperately to download and use a Sega Dreamcast emulator. But I'm very confused on what I'm supposed to do, it would be greatly appreciated if someone could post some step by step instructions and links to downloads (in order please) on what I'm supposed to do. Thank you, and please help.
