What is this game?

Ok this is for snes, i rented it a loooong time ago. I'll say everything I remember. It's an adventure type game, I think you were a kid with either spiky black or red hair, maybe brown. On the map, from where I was in the game, in the beginning, there was a giant casino to the right, and mountains to the top, oh and everything was on top of water that i remember. Then I think the mountains break at some point to let you through. Not sure if this actually happened though, or if it was a dream :P. Oh and instead of making another thread, whats the snes game, where theres 3 character, a weak fast girl, a strong slow guy, and a medium guy, and youre playing through all these different levels, its an action game, with huge fat guys, midgets and stuff. Theres a big dragon as a boss in one level, the first level is like a canyon, and you fall through a hole, one of the last levels is a pirate ship, theres a jungle with weird black hole type things in the floor, and ya i could go on for specifics, but i think thats enough.

Second game makes me think of Streets of Rage, but that's for Sega Mega Drive. There's Streets of Rage 1, 2 and 3. If it's not Streets of Rage, try the Final Fight series for SNES. :)

does any one know how i can get roms onto my xbox ( the first one i have the dash bord and i have progect 64 but no rom files and i need to know how i fined them or how to get them to work on my x box

Hmm, that's not the first game im pretty sure, and the second one isnt a fighting game, its like an adventure game, that you fight in, and you can either play single player or coop. The characters are: long brown ponytail muscular guy, short-medium blond haired average white guy, skinny long black haired asian girl.

I have played pirates. It is an ok game but not one to waste time trying to find imo.
