If it's a game released only in Asia, there's probably not a translated version.

You can however search the internet for an english transcript.

I've always wanted to learn an Far-Eastern language, i think it would be interesting and challenging to learn a brand new alphabet. I imagine it would be like changing your entire way of thinking.
