Help Idenifitying an N64 game!

I have very few memorys about it, but i do know that you would pick up this bubbly string from the ground and could use it to improve your element, the Elements were: Fire, Water, Ground, ????

IF you know this game, please let me know what its called.

He's referring to the spirits roaming Celtland that give you a +1 in the element of your choice:Fire/Water/Earth/Wind
With these improvements (up to 50) you gain more spells and stronger magnitudes under their cast. You can also gain spirits automatically when your experience sphere fills up to 100% from battles. That game has had a lot of rejection. XD
