I currently weigh 220.
Whats a good speed and incline for me to start at. I plan to run at least 45 Minutes to an hour everyday.
Thanks for your advice.

If U R not used to running start walking first, U know, like hiking. If U live in a nice environment U R better off going outside, if U live in the middle of Tokyo or New York or something, treadmill's probably best option.
Make sure U drink enough, dehydration is not the way to lose weight.
Other than that, find Urself a nice tempo to start with, if unexperienced at all start walking first, then build from there.
But if this is all triggered by overweight U might want to consider changing Ur diet. It's more effective, and healthier.

It's not that I live in a busy area. It's just really cold out right now.
Reading while running? Not thats not a half-bad idea.
I don't have a car so I'm used to walking long distances and running around alot (Mainly because of work)
I've been changing my diet to high-fiber and vegetables recently.

im too young to drive (to even get temps really)
so i know what you mean.
i gotta walk everywhere too. thats why i started using a treadmill as well.
It's not that I can't drive (I've driven before) But I'm still in the process of taking the test.
Studying for school, the drivers test, and work is always keeping me busy.
Sometimes during the exam I get medical terms in my head instead of any actual driving ones.
I rather avoid driving but it seems I have to learn how.

driving seems like a very overrated experience. :P

really its so much more refreshing to get out and walk than it is to be in a car.
a greater sense of freedom really.
Walking is.
Cheaper
Better for Environment
Healthier
Safer (Usually)
and just a moreover pleasent experience.
Cars are..
Loud
Expensive
Dangerous and Unsafe (Half the time)
Harmful to the environment.
Not that healthy.
and half the time. It's faster walking because of all the bloody traffic.
