Which is the latest version of MAME and Kawaks and where can I get them from? Which version of Kawaks supports SNK vs Capcom?

Latest MAME version is always here: http://www.mame.net/downmain.html

Latest Kawaks version is 1.55 (as far as I know), can be found on various emulation sites. I could be wrong but I think version 1.45 and 1.46 both support SVC while the latest version doesn't.
