PAL to NTSC conversion

Hey everyone,

I run PCSXbox on my modded xbox as a playstation emulator. I'm playing FFIX but there's a pretty bad screen flicker and some clipping going on. It makes the battle menu a pain to navigate.

Does anyone know any way to convert the .bin files to NTSC or if there is software out there that helps? None of my searches have helped.

I guess you could try one of the patches here:
http://server1.megagames.com/psx/psx_patches_f.shtml

Just be sure to get the one for the games region.
