Opening "Collections"

I've noticed there are some roms that come in collections of like, 20-100 games. I've downloaded some, but I can't open any of them. I'm using a Mac, so which program do I use to open up a collection of say, Kirby games?

Well I have all of the collections downloaded so, you need a Mac compatible program that can open RAR archive files.

That really doesn't help all that much. Have any first-hand experience with a Mac? You'd know instructions have to be to-the-letter accurate, otherwise everything screws up. By the way, I have Stuff-it.
