Memory pak in Project 64

I have set up memory pak in project n64 1.7 (newest verison) only if you donate them, which I do.

I have nintendo 64 1.6 too.

Problem is, I can't save most games because there is not enough memory pak, and i don't want delete them, what can I do?

rename them for a different controller and create a new mempak file, leaving the old one as backup
