A better alternative to the gameshark is this, uploaded by me...

It's a cheating tool which works with ePSXe, instructions are included with the post.

Actually I'm sorry to burst your bubble but if you read what the thread is about he needs cheats for visual boy advance, not epsxe... also it's good that you uploaded pec on it's own for those who don't have it, but it's already in the archive with epsxe uploaded by Winston.
