I've been using animefreak.tv for a long time and I'm fairly happy with it. Minimal pop-ups, downloads, and no sign up required.

animefuel.com is another you all may want to check out, got a lot of movies as well as series'.

Personly I use crunchyroll.com, They have a great free selection of many great anime's. Geat site if your a naruo shippuden fan like myself

Edit: animeatom.com is another great site that I use regularly

I mostly use: WarpToLevel7.com They have over 900 anime series and 21710 anime episodes.
