PEC - ePSXe Emulator Cheating Tool
A great cheating tool with in-built cheats for many PSX games, and the ability to add new games and cheats.
Steps: 1).Put the plugin in the plugins folder 2).Use the PEC plugin as your video plugin 3).Open up the PEC Executable 4).Tick the cheats you want and hit send to plugin. Link: http://www.sendspace.com/file/pivgwi Code:

The pec.dll right?? thats the plug in you were talking about. But when i follow the instruction, the pec plug-in does not appear in the video plug in selection. I'm using the ePSXe 1.6 . there's something wrong??
